Section 164.2 of the Criminal Code does not give a court the power to order partial forfeiture of the computer and USB key seized from the respondent, who pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography; therefore, the family photgraphs the respondent stored in his computer cannot be extracted and returned to him before the forfeited items are destroyed
