The appeal from the judgment authorizing, pursuant to article 2870 C.C.Q., the filing of several affidavits of judges of the Court of Québec and of exhibits in support of those affidavits, each filed in separate proceedings, is dismissed; with respect to the criteria of unreasonableness, it is generally advisable to avoid calling judges as witnesses to protect the image of justice as a whole.
